this is a week late, but i went riding last week on wednesday, and i was riding Jimmy, a gorgeous bay. He would not canter, which was odd, he usually loves it, but my little sister turned on a light across the barn and spooked him, and he galloped a few strides and when i halted him, he skidded to a stop, making me lose balance and slide down his neck, which was quite fun, but i brused my shoulder, and could have broken my wrist if there was no dirt there. luckily, it is all healed now and ready to ride again this week!
